Andie Rankins serves as Vice President of Publishing Administration for Essential Music Publishing, where she oversees the administration and management of a catalog that includes thousands of copyrights and many of today's most impactful songs in Christian music. Since 2015, Andie has played a key role in building and expanding Essential's publishing administration services, helping songwriters, publishers, and industry partners navigate the often-complex world of copyrights, royalties, licensing, and song administration.

A graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Commercial Music, Andie is known throughout the industry for her deep knowledge of music publishing, her servant-hearted leadership, and her passion for helping songwriters understand and protect the value of their work.

At The eXperience, Andie will bring practical insight from the front lines of music publishing, offering attendees a clearer understanding of how the industry works behind the scenes and how to better position their songs for long-term success.

Jessica Hitte is a songwriter, artist, educator, and the founder of SongShare, a thriving community dedicated to helping songwriters and artists find clarity, connection, and practical next steps on their creative journey. As a songwriter and artist, Jessica has collaborated with, written alongside, and shared stages with Brandon Lake, Joe L Barnes, DOE, Naomi Raine, Jonathan Traylor, Todd Dulaney, and Dante Bowe. She was also a writer and featured artist on Grave Clothes with Maverick City Music.

With a background in education and years of experience leading creative communities, Jessica is known for her ability to make complex industry topics approachable, challenge artists to take action, and create environments where both beginners and seasoned creatives can grow. Through SongShare's retreats, mentorships, coaching programs, and collaborative opportunities, she has helped hundreds of songwriters and artists sharpen their craft, build meaningful relationships, and move their creative goals forward.

At The eXperience, Jessica brings a unique blend of songwriting experience, industry insight, and honest encouragement, helping attendees move from simply writing songs to building sustainable creative careers and meaningful connections along the way.

Jubril Sanyaolu is an independent artist, songwriter, and creative educator whose music is rooted in authenticity. Every song feels intentional—honest, emotionally rich, and creatively fearless. Whether he's writing about life's highs or its hardest moments, Jubril has a way of making listeners feel seen while delivering a sound that's uniquely his own.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, shaped by years in Texas, and now based in Tennessee, Jubril currently serves as an instructor with Songbirds at Red Bank Middle School, where he invests in the next generation of creators. He teaches music production, media, and storytelling, helping students discover their own creative voice through hands-on experiences in music and visual content while encouraging originality, confidence, and meaningful artistic expression.

Whether he's in the classroom or the studio, Jubril's passion for creativity is contagious. His work is a reminder that great music doesn't just sound good—it makes people feel something.
